With a strong focus on new client acquisition, she blends creative design, advanced automation, AI-powered workflows, and innovative event campaigns to help advisors connect meaningfully with the families they serve. Since joining Fitzwilliams Financial in 2020, Charlotte has transformed the firm’s marketing presence across digital, print, and in-person channels—bringing experimental, cutting-edge initiatives to a traditionally conservative industry. She is passionate about simplifying complex financial concepts and delivering educational experiences that empower retirees to make confident decisions. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Charlotte now lives in Chesapeake with her partner Michael, their youngest daughter Max, two cats, and their lovable pitbull-mix rescue, Shiva, while also caring for her 76-year-old father who lives with them. Their two older daughters, Alex and Toni, reside in Pennsylvania and are building their own careers and lives after college.
